About NoseFit
NoseFit is a cutting-edge external nasal splint that optimizes healing after sports injuries, accidents, surgery, and other conditions that require stabilization of the nose and nose bridge. Its ergonomic design ensures a comfortable fit, making it suitable for patients of all ages and lifestyles.
NoseFit comes in two designs, a piece that covers the nose only and a T-shaped design with forehead support/flange. This latter design is intended for use after severe facial traumatic injuries and acute sports injuries that need maximum protection and stabilization.
NoseFit features a Non-Sticky (NS) coating that prevents it from sticking to the skin.
To keep NoseFit securely in place, we recommend using micropore surgical tapes that do not irritate the skin.
NoseFit is activated using a water bath.
Product Characteristics
NoseFit is made of Orfilight NS 1.6 mm micro-perforated material, which makes the device very lightweight with a very soft feeling to the skin. The micro perforations improve air circulation, resulting in enhanced skin breathing and increased recovery.

- Treatment of sports injuries: NoseFit can be applied to the athlete’s nose on the field by a team doctor in the event of an injury.
What to expect when purchasing NoseFit
NoseFit products come in a cardboard box containing the following items:
- NoseFit precuts, made of Orfilight NS 1.6 mm in Ivory color with micro perforation.
- Adhesive soft foam pieces, made of Luxofoam, in the same number as NoseFit precuts. The foam pieces are 3 mm thick and 10 mm wide, the same length as the NoseFit precut.
- Instructions for Use.
Note: The package does NOT include microsurgical tape. This tape is normally available on-site. Nosefit with forehead flange is packed in sets of 5. Nosefit is packed in sets of 10.
